You can drastically improve your marketing and your business in only 30 days…or really, any aspect of your life.
Its a fact that we all know what needs to be done to improve a given aspect of our lives. For example, the health and fitness industry is huge, multi-billion dollar sector. But nobody wants to hear “eat less, exercise more”, even though we know thats how to lose weight, and be healthier.
What stops us is the commitment of it. Because its not a diet, or a rush to get in shape for the beach, it is, as doctors have been telling us for years now, a lifestyle change. That’s why I advocate the 30 Day experiment.
If you want to make a big change in your life, make a commitment to do it for the next 30 days. No goals other than following through with the experiement. If you are tryin to change you diet, don’t have losing weight as a goal for your 30 days. Just focus on following the diet for 30 days. Measure the results at the end.
If you want to improve your marketing output, focus on the actions you will take for the next 30 days. Reachout to 5 cold contacts every weekday for 30 days. Write a blog post every weekday for the next 30 days, etc.

Hopefully your plan to improve your marketing will go better than this experiment!
So How Will This Improve Your Marketing?
You are building a habit for long term better outcome that you know is going to happen. Will you lose weight in 30 days by eating better for 30 straight days, probably. But if it becomes a habit in that time, your health will definitley be better in the future. Similarly, if you focus on the basic boots-on-the-ground actions to market your business for 30 days, your business will probably be better. But the habit you establish in those 30 days is what will really drive your business to the next level.
You can do anything for 30 days. If at the end of 30 days, you think you hate it, or its just not worth the interruption in your life, you can go back to doing things the old way. You can read more about 30 day experiments at this site.
I challenge everybody to create a new 30 day challenge for yourself for July (yes July has 31 days, it can be a 31 day challenge if you like). Just one challenge .I have been guilty of biting off more than I can chew and trying to do several 30 day challenges at once, its just begging for a breakdown. Do one thing in July, all month, and then decide if you want to add a new 30 day challenge in August.
